The flagship table

Quicksilver Hand

Free-play blackjack against the house, dealt from a real shuffled deck. You start with 5,000 virtual coins; reload the page or press Reset balance and they refill. There is nothing to purchase and nothing to cash out.

Rules card

Card values: Two to ten count at face value. Jack, queen and king count ten. An ace counts eleven unless that would take the hand over 21, in which case it counts one. A hand holding an ace still counted as eleven is called soft.
Goal: Finish closer to 21 than the house without going over. Going over 21 is a bust and loses straight away.
House rule: The house hits on 16 or less and on soft 17, and stands on hard 17 or higher.
Payouts: Blackjack (ace plus a ten-value card as your first two) pays 3:2. Other wins pay 1:1. Equal totals push and your stake comes back. If the house has blackjack, the hand ends at once.
Your options: Hit, stand, or double on your first two cards (the stake doubles and you receive exactly one more card). Splitting and insurance are not offered.
Table limits: Minimum 10, maximum 1,000 coins per hand. One 52-card deck, reshuffled when fewer than 15 cards remain.

Play for the hand, not the balance

Quicksilver Hand is a social game. The coins exist so a round has something to count, not so it has something to win. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed, and they reset the moment you reload.

If you notice the game has stopped feeling light, step away for a while. Our Responsible Play page has a few simple ways to keep it that way. Kavionyx is for adults aged 18 and over.
